Colombard

2012 Santa Clara Valley

Our Colombard is wine of the month, to celebrate our participation in the Gilroy Garlic Festival's Rotary Wine Tent. We pour this crisp Bordeaux varietal every year, and it pairs exceptionally well with the garlic, and warmth that characterizes the event. Head pruned, dry farmed vines in West Gilroy source this classic.
