Sangria of Colombard

Ingredients
  • 1 Large Mango or 2 small
  • 1 Fuji Apple
  • 10 10 Strawberries chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups Grape Juice
  • 1 1/4 cups Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Bottles Colombard
  • 3 Leaf Fresh Basil
Directions

Cut up the fruit moisten with enough wine to cover and set aside in the refrigerator. (You can also freeze to have for when you want a quick summer beverage to serve a crowd). The next morning, add the sugar, fruit juices and fresh basil leaves. Mix in one to two bottles of Lightheart Cellars Colombard and stir to dissolve sugar.

Garnish with fresh orange/lemon slices
